We can say that this Strategyzer system allows us to analyze various alternatives and business models in a short time. Ideally, these charts should be in a brainstorming session involving several people with experience and strengths in the different key areas.
However, while this is a potent tool, so far, it is full of “assumptions” or hypotheses that we have not yet tested. For example, if the market segment we have determined is willing to pay our price.
Or if the promotion and marketing channels are efficient and effective, and to what extent. The idea is to “test” these hypotheses with Tests or tests that can be carried out quickly and at a meager cost.
